BOAT RAMP INFO

March 2025 Update:  The boat ramp has been repaired and is open!   Please be sure to read the new signs posted at the ramp which include the General Rules and warnings about the drop off at the end of the ramp.  Avoid using the ramp at very low tides, and never back your trailer beyond the end of the concrete.

February 24, 2025 Update:  The boat ramp is closed for repairs as of today.  The actual repair is estimated to complete in 3-4 days, with another 7 days after that for the concrete to cure.  We anticipate the ramp opening on or before March 7th.

January 29, 2025 Update:  The boat ramp will be repaired in February with work expected to begin mid month.  The ramp will be closed for approximately 12 days to allow for the repairs and curing of new concrete.

December 2024:  Please be advised that due to recent work on the Marina bulkhead adjacent to the boat ramp, there has been damage to the right side wall of the ramp, which in turn has caused excessive erosion under the ramp.  As a result, the lower slab has sunken down causing a 4″+ drop off on the right side .  The community is actively working with the Marina and the marine construction company that caused the damage, to repair it.

In the interim, we will be adding signage warning of the potential dangers of using the ramp.  We hope to resolve this soon with the Marina and our goal is to have the ramp repaired and in safe condition before the start of the 2025 boating season.

As has always been the case, use of the boat ramp is at your own risk.  Be careful, don’t back your trailer down further than the end of the ramp, and never powerload your boat onto the trailer.
