About the Community
We are a bedroom community close to Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington. We are located less than 1/2 mile from the B&A linear park with a sidewalk that extends to the park.
We are a water-privileged community with a boat ramp and several community beaches on Cypress Creek, Dividing Creek, and the Magothy River.
Swimming, jogging, walking, biking, gardening, boating, barbecuing, scouting, fishing, crabbing, and lounging are favorite community pastimes.
EDUCATION
With top-rated local schools and a close-knit community, this area provides an ideal environment for families to grow, learn, and thrive.
Our “Clubhouse” serves as a center for community activities and parties, Scout meetings and general membership meetings. It was completely renovated in Spring of 2015 and has a playground where the community gathers frequently, and a calendar of other social events.
BOAT RAMP
The private boat ramp offers convenient access to the water, making it easy for boaters to launch, explore, and enjoy a day on the water.

SEPTEMBER 16: Learn how to play Mahjong
MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Join us at the Clubhouse on Wednesday, September 16 at 6:30pm to learn how to play Mahjong. This is an MBCA-sponsored event. In the future, the social committee will start organizing regular dates to play Mahjong with other community members.
OCTOBER 6: Board & General Membership Meetings + Budget Proposal
Join us at the clubhouse at 8:pm for the next General meeting of the MBCA where we will share our proposed budget for FY2028.
OCTOBER 24: Halloween Party
Save the Date! This years Halloween event will be different with lots of activities for children AND adults this year, along with a bonfire, movie on the big screen and more. Additional details will be posted here soon.
