About the Community
We are a bedroom community close to Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington. We are located less than 1/2 mile from the B&A linear park with a sidewalk that extends to the park.
We are a water-privileged community with a boat ramp and several community beaches on Cypress Creek, Dividing Creek, and the Magothy River.
Swimming, jogging, walking, biking, gardening, boat racing, barbecuing, scouting, fishing, crabbing, lounging and athletics are favorite community pastimes.
EDUCATION
With top-rated local schools and a close-knit community, this area provides an ideal environment for families to grow, learn, and thrive.
Our “Clubhouse” serves as a center for community activities and parties, Scout meetings and general membership meetings. It was completely renovated in Spring of 2015 and has a playground where the community gathers frequently, and a calendar of other social events.
BOAT RAMP
The private boat ramp offers convenient access to the water, making it easy for boaters to launch, explore, and enjoy a day on the water.
