November 18, 2025: General Membership Meeting: *** BALLOT VOTE! ***
We will hold a General Membership meeting at 8:00pm at the clubhouse. (The Board will meet at 7:pm.)
We will be voting on the Amended Bylaws, increased SCBD tax assessment and the 2026/2027 fiscal year Budget. Please bring your completed Ballot with you. If you forget, we will have extra Ballots available at the meeting. Download all relevant documents and your Ballot HERE.
If you cannot attend the meeting, please complete your Ballot at home and drop it in the mail no later than November 13 to ensure we receive it in time. Our mailing address is: MBCA P.O. Box 59, Severna Park, MD 21146
November 13, 2025: Bylaws Q&A Session
Several Board members will be available at the clubhouse on November 13 from 7-8pm to answer any questions you may have about the proposed Bylaws, FY27 Budget or the proposed tax assessment. We will document any questions asked and the answers in a PDF that we will post to the website within 48 hours.

Our General Membership meeting will occur on Tuesday, October 7 at 8:00pm at the MBCA Clubhouse on Dividing Road. The Board meeting will be held at 7:00pm.
This is an important meeting where we will propose an Amendment to the Bylaws, an increase to the SCBD tax assessment and the 2026/2027 fiscal year Budget. Your opinion matters and your vote on November 18th counts! Learn about the proposed changes and have the opportunity to ask questions and voice any concerns.

The MBCA encourages residents to participate in a workshop to amend our ByLaws from 2008. Have your voice heard! September 2, at the Clubhouse 7:00pm.
JUNE 13, 2025: PARTY AT THE CLUBHOUSE!
JUNE 7, 2025: CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS!
Its that time again! We need your help to clear out invasives and overgrowth on one section of the Gordon Ave paper road (community walkway). Our environmental committee volunteers will kick off this project at 9:am and will be there most of the day. You can arrive anytime and leave when you need to. Even 30 mins of your time would be significant!
We will begin on the Stinchcomb Rd side of the walkway through to Cypress Ave. Many volunteers have already stated they will be bringing various tools, but if you have any trimming shears, bring them with you.

Boat ramp keys will be distributed on the following dates in 2025:
