No major updates since last meeting.

MAGOTHY MARINA
Pier was completed in-kind and was paid for by the marina.

OAK GROVE BEACH
No updates

Brandon Twentymon is scheduled to meet with attorney in Mid-March
4/1/17 UPDATE – Meeting was canceled and is currently being rescheduled

CLUBHOUSE

• Patio Installation
  • Current scope of work includes a large brick/paver extending out of the rear elevation and will include a retaining wall, fire pit and picnic tables
  • Only received 1 quote so far and are trying to contact other companies to quote.
  • Installation is estimated to be 5 – 6 days
