On Tuesday, October 3rd the FY2025 Budget was presented to those in attendance at the General Meeting. A copy of this budget is being mailed to all tax holders in the community to review as well. The Board and the Community will meet again at the Clubhouse, on Tuesday, November 7 at 8:00 PM to ratify this proposed budget. The Manhattan Beach Clubhouse is located at 742 Dividing Road.
