The Manhattan Beach Civic Association Board of Directors’ Meeting was called to order at 7:20 p.m. by Brandon Twentymon.

PRESIDENT STATEMENT

No major changes since last meeting
New sign has been installed in front of the Clubhouse
Audio/Visual system has been installed in the clubhouse
Brandon Twentymon and Brett Bowman completed the competitive bid process and received three quotes
Total cost came in under budget

OAK GROVE BEACH

No changes.  Board will continue to rely on attorney’s recommendations

MANDARIN – RICK

No updates

2017 BUDGET

Only major projects planned are the installation of a clubhouse patio and Dividing Beach work
