The Manhattan Beach Civic Association’s Board of Directors Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Brandon Twentymon.
PRESIDENT STATEMENT
No major updates since last meeting.
Has hired two teenage residents from Manhattan Beach to take trash cans in/out for pickup – $50/month.

OAK GROVE BEACH

No updates
Brandon Twentymon’s scheduled meeting with our counsel was rescheduled

CLUBHOUSE

• Patio Installation
• Received two quotes and was unable to have a contractor to come out to the site and complete submit a third quote.
• Chavez Landscaping will most likely be awarded the contract and was significantly less than the competing bid.
• Patio installation is estimated to be 7-14 days.  Will include the following:
  • 1,000 square feet of patio area
  • Fire pit – will be restricted to community use only.  Renters will not be able to use this feature.
  • Charcoal grill
  • Replace chain-link fence
  • Remove concrete pad and move sandbox.
