On Tuesday, January 27 at 7:00pm at the clubhouse, the Board will hold a Special Meeting of the Membership to review our recommendations and costs for repairing Oak Grove Beach and Dividing Beach. After reviewing the options and responding to questions, we will conduct a vote to approve or reject the proposal.
Per our new Bylaws, a notice will be posted on the billboard at the entrance to Manhattan Beach, at least 7 days prior to the meeting, and the website has already been updated to reflect this. As this project will exceed the $15K threshold, per our Bylaws, for a vote to pass we must have a quorum of 20 members present at this meeting and a supermajority (two-thirds) in favor.
