The MBCA board would like to encourage residents to participate in a workshop where we will engage in a positive and constructive discussion about proposed changes to the ByLaws. They have not been amended in 17 years and a lot has changed since then. We need the full support of our residents to ensure acceptance and your vote on the final version.
